At shop.0800phantom.co.nz you do not need to register or login to view our site or shop.
If you wish to register before shopping click the "create an Account" in the login section on the left. From here, fill in the required fields (marked with a *), along with any other optional information you wish to disclose. Remember that all the information you provide to Phantom Billstickers, ltd. is strictly confidential (refer our "Privacy Policy").
If you would like to create an account after completing your purchase you can do this by simply entering a password on your ‘Order Confirmation’ page. You can also create a password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and entering the email address you used when placing your order. Your new password will then be sent to you by email.
You can change your password by logging in and selecting “My Account’ and then ‘change my account password’. Please remember your password and keep it confidential to prevent other people from accessing your account.
Creating a password will enable you to track your orders, view order history and check your WebitCash account balance.

Currency - Phantom Billstickers, ltd. is a New Zealand business. All prices on the web site are shown in New Zealand dollars and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars.
Payment Options - Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX Credit or Debit Cards.
- Shipping Options

During checkout you can select the level of delivery service you would like. This will determine how soon you will receive your order. You may choose between ‘Registered Post’ and ‘Express Courier’ and the cost for each of these services are shown. All orders are delivered with track & trace and signature required. The delivery time depends on the delivery service in the destination country however as a guide you should allow 15 days for Registered Post and 8 days for Express Courier.
- Canceling an Order

Please remember that once your order has been shipped, you are no longer able to cancel it. You may view the status of any of your orders by logging in and going to “My Account”.
- Phone Orders

If you do not wish to use our online process to make a purchase we can process your order for you over the phone during our normal business hours. Call 0800 PHANTOM (0800 742 686) with the following information:
- Your name and delivery address.
- Details of the products and quantity you would like to purchase.
- Name on your Visa, MasterCard, or Amex card.
- Expiry date of your credit card.
- Three or four digit security code shown on the reverse side of your card.
Payment
There are several ways in which you can pay for your purchase:- Credit Cards - We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All our credit card transactions are processed by DPS/Payment Express using high level security.
- Cheque/Check - If you are paying by cheque/check please print and attach a copy of your order. Cheques/checks should be made payable to "Phantom Billstickers, ltd." and sent to our Christchurch postal address.
Fraud - Any attempt to make a fraudulent payment transaction will be reported to the local authorities where the transaction originates.
- Delivery

We can ship New Zealand packages to most places in the world. Note that some products may not be allowed or may be restricted in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if a particular item is permitted in your country we recommend that you check before ordering. For deliveries to some high risk countries we will request proof of identity documents before dispatching goods. This includes most countries in Africa including Nigeria and Ghana.
We offer two levels of delivery service. Express Courier will see your order delivered within approximately 8 days depending on your location. Registered Post will have your order to you within approximately 15 days again depending on your location. Both services have a tracking number and signature is required on delivery.
We normally ship our products within three business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Your order will be delivered in separate parcels of less than 20kg (around 44 pounds) each for ease of handling and shipping. Our shipping & handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Products which may exceed the size or weight restrictions of NZ Post will require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed within 1 working day.
Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities in the destination country are at your cost.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
Goods delivered to a New Zealand address include Goods & Services Tax (GST) and there is no delivery charge on orders over NZ$70. Orders under NZ$70 will be charged a NZ$7 packaging and delivery charge. Our GST number is 86-513-439.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
Note: Shop New Zealand will not be responsible for delays caused by Customs in the recipient country.
- Returns Policy

If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Phantom Billstickers, ltd. within 30 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to posters@0800phantom.co.nz. A Return Authorisation (RA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned. The following options will be made available:
- Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
- Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited.
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. Phantom Billstickers, ltd. will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items after delivery unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.
- Exchange Policy

If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Please note products returned or exchanged must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item. Exchanges are not available on CD's, DVD's, or software, except where the product is deemed faulty. The customer shall pay for all delivery charges.
